I joined Linkedin about a year ago. A few of the people at Niagrow Systems Ltd. had been using it, and said it was a good way to stay in contact with customers and suppliers, particularly those from the Netherlands, and other overseas contacts. I joined not sure of the value, and quite frankly a little concerned this was going to be another Facebook meeting place, and well, one Facebook was quite enough I thought.
Now here we are a year later, and I have reconnected with several university friends and business associates (customers, suppliers, others in the industry and related fields). Our Marketing Guru has added a proper corporate Linkedin page, and several more of our GGS and Niagrow team have hopped on the Linkedin bandwagon.
But I am still not sure what our customers want from us in this medium. So you're using Linkedin, please let us know how you're getting value in the comments below!
